Open Cellars at Polje: a weekend of wine and the Collio region<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Some come out of curiosity, some out of passion, some simply to experience a different day among the vineyards. During Open Cellars<\/strong>, everyone finds their own way to enter the world of Polje. Saturday, May 30th and Sunday, May 31st<\/strong> we welcome you to Cormons, in the heart of the Collio Goriziano, for two days dedicated to wine, discovery, and the pleasure of taking your time. It starts in the cellar: you can participate in guided tours that will accompany you from production to the barrel room, crossing the spaces where the wine takes shape. A journey made of choices, materials, and time, which reveals what is behind every bottle. \ud83e\udd42 For the occasion, we have created four tasting itineraries<\/strong>, to discover Polje at your own pace.
