Join us at Polje Winery for a day dedicated to wine, tastings, and discovering the local terroir.

🍇 Winery Tours & Wine Purchases
Until 5:00 PM you can join our guided winery tours and discover the story behind our wines. Throughout the day, you’ll also have the opportunity to purchase our wines directly from the winery. Special promotions are available with the purchase of two or more cases, along with a complimentary gift.
🍷 Four Wine Tasting Experiences
For those looking for a more immersive experience, we offer four tasting flights, each paired with a selection of delicious bites:
• Bollicine d’amare — €10
• Summer Solstice — €10
• Collio Goriziano — €15
• Piave & Collio in shades of red — €18
Each tasting has been carefully designed to showcase the unique character of our wines and the surrounding terroir.
If you prefer, you’re also welcome to stop by for a single glass of wine or an aperitivo, no tasting reservation required.
🥪 Food & Relaxation Throughout the Day
A selection of fresh, light bites will be available all day, perfect for pairing with your wine or enjoying a relaxing break.
🎶 Sunset Aperitivo on the Terrace
The day will end with our evening aperitivo on the terrace, accompanied by ambient music, creating the perfect setting to enjoy the sunset in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.
