Tasting Notes
Intense ruby red with violet reflections. The nose reveals aromas of dark berries, cherry and morello cherry, enriched by delicate hints of vanilla spice over a balsamic background. The palate is harmonious, balanced and warmly textured, with excellent freshness and minerality.
Food Pairing
An excellent companion to grilled and roasted red meats, braised dishes, game, cured meats and mature cheeses. Best served at 14–16°C.
