DESCRIPTION

A classic Prosecco, widely appreciated for the harmonious balance between a soft structure and vibrant freshness. Produced with the Charmat method, this label aims to enhance the natural fruity notes of the grape variety, offering a fragrant, immediate and highly pleasant sip.

Glera with less than 15% complementary varieties.

Tasting Notes

The wine presents a straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections and a delicate perlage. On the nose emerge fragrant hints of green apple, citrus and acacia flowers, which anticipate a rich, ripe and well-balanced sip, closing with a pleasantly sapid finish.

Food Pairing

A versatile and informal glass, ideal for aperitivo, spritz or pairing with sushi and pizza with vegetables and prawns. Serve chilled at 4–6°C, preferably in an ice bucket.
