Open Cellars at Polje: a weekend of wine and the Collio region

Some come out of curiosity, some out of passion, some simply to experience a different day among the vineyards. During Open Cellars, everyone finds their own way to enter the world of Polje. Saturday, May 30th and Sunday, May 31st we welcome you to Cormons, in the heart of the Collio Goriziano, for two days dedicated to wine, discovery, and the pleasure of taking your time. It starts in the cellar: you can participate in guided tours that will accompany you from production to the barrel room, crossing the spaces where the wine takes shape. A journey made of choices, materials, and time, which reveals what is behind every bottle. 🥂 For the occasion, we have created four tasting itineraries, to discover Polje at your own pace. If you want to get started: Annata – €10 Three glasses from our Annata collection, for a direct and immediate first approach. If you want to really understand who we are: Identità – €15 Three wines that represent our style and connection to the territory. If you’re looking for something different: Ricerca – €17 Three labels that express our more experimental and creative side. If you want the complete experience: Polje – €20 Six glasses, two for each line, to explore all the nuances of our production. Each journey is accompanied by small gastronomic delicacies, designed to enhance every glass.
