Cantine Aperte a San Martino: A Weekend of Wine and Tradition in the Collio
There’s something special about this time of year, when wine, autumn colours and tradition come together. San Martino is a celebration deeply rooted in rural life and the natural cycle of the vine.
Traditionally known as the farmers’ New Year, San Martino marked the end of the agricultural year and was an occasion to celebrate the work of the season, raise a glass of the new wine and share the fruits of the harvest.
On Saturday, November 7, and Sunday, November 8, we welcome you to Polje, in the heart of the Collio Goriziano, for Cantine Aperte a San Martino: a weekend dedicated to wine, discovery and the flavours of autumn.
Over the two days, you’ll have the opportunity to join guided tours of our winery, from the production area to the barrel cellar, exploring the spaces where our wines take shape. A journey through choices, craftsmanship and time, offering a glimpse into the story behind every bottle.

Each tasting experience is accompanied by a selection of small bites, carefully chosen to complement the wines. And, in keeping with the San Martino tradition, chestnuts will also be served, bringing the flavours of autumn to the table.
