DESCRIPTION
Ribolla Gialla, a native grape variety present in Friuli for over 700 years, finds its fullest expression in sunny exposures. Its sunlit yellow berries give a wine of great character that reflects the territory’s ancient tradition.

Tasting Notes
The colour is greenish yellow with golden reflections, while the aroma is citrusy, floral and almost balsamic, with nuances of butter and toast. The flavour stands out as fresh, acidic and sapid, with a pleasant briny note, a creamy texture and a delicate tannic presence.
Food Pairing
Indicated as a pleasant aperitif, it pairs very well with vegetable-based first courses and delicate fish preparations. Recommended serving temperature: 8–10°C.
