Tasting Notes
Pale and luminous straw-yellow, it offers notes of white peach and grapefruit combined with hints of vanilla and melted butter. The sip is rich, silky and mineral, with an elegant and long spicy persistence on the finish.
Food Pairing
Excellent as an aperitif, it excels with light starters, raw fish, shellfish and first courses with delicate sauces. Serve at 6–8°C.
