DESCRIPTION
Pinot Grigio expresses one of its highest qualitative peaks in Collio. To obtain the unique identity of this wine, Polje’s vineyards were distributed across three different exposures, guaranteeing recognisable and appreciated peculiarities.

Tasting Notes
The wine presents a straw-yellow colour with faint golden reflections. On the nose it is intense and broad, with fruity, floral notes and a pleasant citrus, buttery and slightly toasted nuance. The sip is dry, sapid and fresh, characterised by a silky and creamy texture with a taut and long acidic backbone.
Food Pairing
It pairs perfectly with starters, crostini with ham, mushroom risottos and dishes based on white meats, vegetables or grilled fish. Serve at 8–10°C.
