DESCRIPTION
A son of the Polje territory and the particular exposure of its vineyards, Lovian is a unique Sauvignon. It is born from the application of the best agronomic and winemaking techniques to guarantee a product of absolute excellence and safety.
Variety
Sauvignon from clones, mostly Italian and to a lesser extent French.
Tasting Notes
Pale straw-yellow with green hues, it releases intense and elegant aromas of sage, fresh pepper, acacia flowers and grapefruit, with a subtle vanilla note. On the palate it is structured and balanced, with excellent equilibrium between freshness and sapidity.
Food Pairing
It pairs excellently with starters, herb risottos and rich fish dishes or shellfish; it is also ideal for vegetarian and ethnic cuisine. Serve at 8–10°C.
