DESCRIPTION
Fresh, young and characterised by an intense elegance, this white faithfully expresses the gustatory peculiarities of its territory. An excellent combination that harmoniously blends the richness of aromas with a pleasant softness on the palate.

Cuvée of white grapes.
Tasting Notes
The wine presents a delicate straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. On the nose it releases clear aromas of pineapple, yellow apple and peach, enriched by citrus and flint mineral nuances. The sip is harmonious and fresh, distinguished by an excellent sapidity and minerality.
Food Pairing
Perfect as a beginning-of-meal wine, it pairs ideally with raw fish, soft cheeses and vegetable-based dishes. Excellent also to accompany important fish, both boiled and grilled, served at a temperature of 8–10°C.
