Tasting Notes
The wine presents a delicate straw yellow colour, enriched by a creamy foam and a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, fresh aromas of wildflowers, wisteria and a modern citrus note emerge, accompanied by light hints of peach and pear. On the palate it is harmonious, sapid and pleasantly soft.
Food Pairing
Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with light dishes, vegetable risottos and fresh pasta. It should be served chilled at a temperature of 6–8°C, preferably using an ice bucket to preserve its liveliness.
