DESCRIPTION
Dogma represents the noblest expression of the bond between Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. This Bordeaux blend, whose proportions vary skilfully with each vintage, is born to offer a harmonious and great-calibre sip, capable of evolving splendidly over time.

Tasting Notes
The wine presents an intense ruby red appearance. On the nose it is enveloping, with herbaceous and floral hints of violet that merge with notes of vanilla, cocoa and tobacco; on the palate it is vigorous and well-structured when young, then reveals soft tannins and a silky persistence after ageing.
Food Pairing
The ideal partner for important red meats and medium or long-aged cheeses. It is recommended to serve at 18°C, uncorking the bottle half an hour beforehand or using a decanter for more aged versions.
