The Raboso Piave is a native grape variety of robust and resilient character, capable of narrating the deep identity of the territory across the centuries. Considered an exception in the landscape of great wines, it stands out for a unique, austere and extraordinarily long-lived personality.

Tasting Notes
The wine displays an intense red colour with violet reflections. On the nose, fragrances of ripe marasca cherry and violet stand out, which with ageing evolve into notes of Mediterranean spices and cinnamon. On the palate it reveals itself as lively and austere, with a typical acidity and a tannic richness well harmonised in a unique style.
Food Pairing
The ideal accompaniment for furred game, while in more aged versions it transforms into a perfect meditation wine. Service at 18°C is recommended, taking care to uncork the bottle half an hour beforehand or to use a decanter for aged specimens.
