Tasting Notes
The wine shows a pale straw-yellow colour. On the nose, it reveals interesting floral notes of citrus and acacia, combined with fruity hints of white peach, pear and apple, while the palate is dry, harmonious and pleasantly fresh.
Food Pairing
Ideal for aperitifs and starters, it pairs perfectly with shellfish and molluscs. Serve chilled at 4–6°C, preferably in an ice bucket.
