Pinot Nero has always been considered an elite and delicate grape, requiring special care to express itself at its best. Sutto Winery, through continuous experimentation in the vineyard and cellar, aims to fully enhance this variety and its terroir, creating a wine of great value and identity.

Tasting Notes
With an intense, bright ruby colour, this wine opens with a bouquet of ripe sour cherries, raspberries, wild strawberries and a subtle plum preserve note, enriched by hints of clove and cinnamon. On the palate it is fresh and lively, with soft tannins, a balanced structure and a silky finish recalling fruity and spicy notes.
Food Pairing
It pairs perfectly with first courses with bold flavours, aromatic white meats such as lamb, kid and rabbit, but it also surprises alongside sliced tuna and fresh or creamy cheeses. Ideal serving temperature: 14–16°C.
