Tasting Notes
The wine presents a pale straw-yellow colour. On the nose, notes of peach blossom and passion fruit are accompanied by sage, nettle and yellow pepper; on the palate it is fresh, enveloping and elegant, with good persistence.
Food Pairing
Perfect with white fish dishes, white meats with aromatic herbs, eggs, starters and creamy vegetable soups. Serve chilled at 8–10°C.
