DESCRIPTION
Veneto is a prime land for Merlot, where the grape reaches its fullest expression thanks to the ideal microclimate between the Mediterranean Sea and the Dolomite hills. This wine comes from vineyards over 20 years old, cultivated according to certified sustainable management systems.

Tasting Notes
The wine appears spinel-red in colour. On the nose it reveals elegant nuances of red currant and ripe raspberry, accompanied by light spicy hints. The palate is notably smooth and supported by velvety tannins, with a refined persistence of delicate spicy tertiary notes.
Food Pairing
Thanks to its naturally round character, this Merlot pairs well with many dishes, from flavourful pasta to soups and stews, as well as veal, duck and rabbit dishes. Serve at 18°C.
