DESCRIPTION
A pure Merlot born from a small vineyard of just 5,753 vines, each tended manually one by one to guarantee a selection of excellence. This wine represents the essence of the Sutto family’s dedication, giving life to a limited production of only 6,000 bottles that express the elegance and nobility of a true “thoroughbred” of the territory.

Tasting Notes
The wine presents an intense red colour with violet reflections. On the nose it offers an effusion of red fruit embellished with notes of black pepper, cinnamon and a characteristic balsamic trail, which evolves into hints of leather and toasting. On the palate it is noble, harmonious and elegant, capable of combining a full structure with a persistent pleasantness of drinking.
Food Pairing
The ideal companion for the finest cuts of beef, traditional roasts and truffle-based dishes, it also pairs perfectly with aged non-spicy cheeses. It is recommended to serve at 18°C, uncorking the bottle half an hour beforehand or using a decanter in the case of long ageing.
