Tasting Notes
An intense spinel red characterised by pronounced notes of ripe red fruit and light spiced nuances of black pepper and cinnamon. The sip is intense and harmonious, with well-evolved tannins and a pleasant spiced finish.
Food Pairing
Perfect with grilled meat main courses or noble poultry such as rabbit in salmi or Venetian-style guinea fowl. Serve at 18°C.
