Tasting Notes
The wine stands out for a delicate straw yellow colour and a fresh and aromatic bouquet, characterised by tropical hints of pineapple and peach combined with floral notes of wisteria and acacia. On the palate it reveals a slender and lively body, where the sapidity and a balanced acidity enhance its great pleasantness and versatility.
Food Pairing
Ideal for accompanying tasty aperitif courses thanks to its peculiar liveliness, it also confirms itself as an excellent end-of-meal sparkling wine. It is recommended to serve it chilled at a temperature of 4–6°C, preferably using an ice bucket.
