It shines with an intense and brilliant ruby, with aromas of raspberries, wild strawberries and light spiced hints. On the palate it is lively, with soft tannins and a fruity aftertaste that confirms its structure.
Food Pairing
Ideal with first courses of bold flavours, aromatic white meats (kid, rabbit) or fatty fish such as sliced tuna. Serve chilled between 14 and 16°C.
