Tasting Notes
With a delicate straw yellow colour and a fine, persistent perlage, this sparkling wine expresses a floral bouquet of rose, citrus and acacia, enriched by notes of white peach and apple. On the palate it reveals itself as dry and sapid, never commonplace, with a subtle recall of fresh yeast and a pleasantly creamy foam.
Food Pairing
An excellent aperitif, it pairs ideally with light dishes, vegetable risottos and fresh pasta first courses. To enhance its characteristics, it should be served chilled at a temperature of 4–6°C, preferably kept in an ice bucket.
