A captivating novelty capable of revealing the most intense and contemporary side of classic Prosecco, combining elegance and drinkability in an enveloping sip.

Glera and Pinot Nero.
Tasting Notes
Characterised by a luminous powder pink colour, it expresses delicate notes of rose and small red fruits that shade into tropical hints of lychee and papaya. On the palate it is harmonious, fresh and crisp, supported by a fine perlage that leads to a fruity and persistent aftertaste.
Food Pairing
Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with sushi, fish dishes, vegetable risottos and fresh pasta. It should be served chilled at a temperature of 6–7°C, preferably kept in an ice bucket.
