Tasting Notes
The wine stands out for a delicate pink colour reminiscent of rose petals. On the nose it offers a fruity bouquet with decisive hints of small red fruits, cherries and wild strawberries, while on the palate it reveals itself as fresh, flavoursome and sapid, with an inviting ease of drinking and an aromatic aftertaste.
Food Pairing
It pairs perfectly with fish risottos, shellfish, cured meats and white meats, proving excellent also with creamy cheeses. To fully appreciate its freshness, service at a temperature of 8–10°C is recommended.
