Tasting Notes
The wine presents an intense red colour with violet reflections. On the nose a powerful balance emerges between ripe red fruits, delicate spices and hints of cocoa bean and vanilla. On the palate it expresses vigour and well-balanced tannins, closing with a long and persistent sensation that evolves into elegance with maturation.
Food Pairing
It represents the ideal pairing for meat main courses with any type of cooking, as well as cured meats and aged cheeses. It is recommended to serve it at 16°C, taking care to uncork the bottle with reasonable advance notice in the case of more aged products.
