The wine presents a straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. On the nose emerge elegant notes of acacia and wisteria flowers combined with the freshness of green apple, while the sip proves dry, harmonious and pleasantly fresh.
Food Pairing
Ideal to accompany crustacean salads, raw shellfish and radicchio risottos, it also pairs perfectly with fresh and creamy cow cheeses. Serve at 6–8°C, preferably kept in an ice bucket.
