Produced exclusively with grapes coming from the steep hills of Colbertaldo, this “Rive” represents the excellence of the denomination. A wine that defies time, maintaining extreme pleasantness and a decisive mineral structure even beyond the second year from the harvest.

Tasting Notes
Straw-yellow in colour with bright reflections, it offers a broad and intense aroma of white flowers, wisteria and yellow-fleshed fruit, with a subtle vegetal note. On the palate it is dry, crisp and characterised by marked minerality that makes the finish persistent and decisive.
Food Pairing
Ideal to accompany elaborate starters, lean fish, shellfish and medium-aged cheeses. Serve chilled at 4–6°C.
