This wine is the result of heroic manual viticulture on steep and challenging terrain, combined with technologically advanced processing. The process allows the wine to remain on its noble yeasts for a medium-to-long period, preserving its integrity and the distinctive character of the Valdobbiadene territory.

The wine stands out for a bright straw-yellow colour. On the nose it offers floral aromas and delicate mineral notes, accompanied by a distinct fragrance of Golden apple. On the palate it expresses lively gustatory energy, proving dry, harmonious and sapid, with a pleasant persistence of fruity hints.
Food Pairing
Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs ideally with light summer starters, vegetable or fish crudités and fresh salads. Serve chilled at 4–6°C, preferably using an ice bucket to preserve its liveliness.
