DESCRIPTION
A tribute to the sparkling tradition of Valdobbiadene, where manual management of the vineyards and the extreme steepness of the hills create a wine with an unmistakable character. Balance and softness are the keys of this cuvée, which places all emphasis on the fineness of the perlage.

Tasting Notes
Characterised by a straw-yellow colour with bright reflections, it releases elegant aromas of bread crust, apple, pear and delicate yellow flowers. The flavour is soft, velvety and sapid, with a balanced structure that invites the sip.
Food Pairing
Perfect for the aperitif, it pairs wonderfully with savoury pies, legume soups, seafood and light white meats. Recommended serving temperature: 4–6°C.
