Tasting Notes
The wine presents a bright straw-yellow colour. On the nose it is pleasantly fruity with hints of Golden apple and pear, enriched by floral and citrus nuances. On the palate it proves festive and lively, with a bright acidity that supports the typical Prosecco structure, closing with a pleasant sapid and slightly mineral note.
Food Pairing
Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with legume soups, shellfish, delicate pastas, fresh cheeses and fish carpaccios. Serve chilled at 4–6°C, preferably in an ice bucket.
