Tasting Notes
With a luminous amber-yellow colour, it releases an intense bouquet of candied fruit, dandelion honey, wilted flowers and aromatic herbs that continuously blend together. On the palate it is full, rich and complex, with fresh and persistent minerality supported by tannins that are present yet delicate.
Food Pairing
An ideal collector’s wine for special occasions, it pairs masterfully with fish dishes, shellfish and selected cheeses. Serve at 8–10°C.
