DESCRIPTION
This wine is born from the “Ponca”, the typical Collio soil rich in oceanic sediments and minerals that nourishes the vines with respect. A balanced cuvée that expresses the body of the selected native grapes, maturing with elegance and revealing a complex structure.

Tasting Notes
The straw-yellow colour with luminous reflections introduces a tropical bouquet of mango and pineapple, enriched by acacia flowers and flint. On the palate it is fresh, persistent and mineral, with a characteristic aromatic and sulphurous aftertaste.
Food Pairing
Extremely versatile, it pairs perfectly with both land and sea dishes and with vegetarian cuisine. Serve chilled at 6–8°C to enhance its dynamism.
