Tasting Notes
The wine shows a bright straw-yellow colour. On the nose it is characterised by rich citrus and floral notes accompanied by a hint of bread crust, while on the palate it expresses lively gustatory energy, dry and sapid, with a fruity persistence.
Food Pairing
An excellent aperitif, it pairs ideally with vegetable and seafood starters, shellfish and baked fish dishes, proving perfect also for a full meal. Serve chilled at 4–6°C, preferably in an ice bucket.
