Tasting Notes
Pale straw-yellow, it releases floral aromas of acacia and honey, accompanied by green apple, pear and ripe yellow fruit. On the palate it is dry and fragrant, supported by elegant minerality and good persistence.
Food Pairing
Perfect as an aperitif, it ideally accompanies starters, fish dishes and preparations with sauces. Serve chilled at 6–8°C.
